Back Pain

It can affect anyone and it’s often the result of strain to the back. Wear and tear can also be a reason.

Neck Pain

Neck pain is common and can be caused by how we use our necks. Computer work, driving, poor posture, stress and tiredness are some of the factors that cause muscles to be tight and joints to be stiff. Some headaches can be the result of stiffness in the neck and upper back also.

Hip Pain

Frozen shoulder/adhesive capsulitis – painful and gradual stiffening of the shoulder.
Referred Shoulder pain – where pain is experienced in an area away from the actual injury.
Osteoarthritis – progressive wearing away of the cartilage of the joint
